Starting with the 2008 short film The Madonna, Koo Hye Sun has been actively working as a director and a screenwriter. She has consistently built her own world, producing three feature films and five short films. She also worked as a writer through various works, including illustrated fiction ŌĆ£Peach Tree,ŌĆØ and recently published an essay titled ŌĆ£I Am Your Pet.ŌĆØ Koo Hye Sun also held an exhibition titled ŌĆ£Voyage ŌĆŌĆØ Again and AgainŌĆØ as a painter in May and is currently working on her new piano album Breathe 3, scheduled to be released on October 2. In particular, Koo Hye Sun has always worked with Seo Hyun Jin, who became Koo Hye SunŌĆÖs persona, in short films, and has cast Parasite actor Jung Ji So in her feature film Daughter, in which she collaborated with Parasite writer Han Ji Won. Since Koo Hye Sun showed excellent discerning eyes several times, expectations are high for her choice in the BIAF2020 screening.
