At the event attended by Hyun Bin, Yoo Hae Jin, YoonA, Jin Seon Kyu, and director Lee Suk Hoon, the Crash Landing on You star shared, ŌĆ£When I first heard that the sequel to Confidential Assignment(2017) was greenlit, I thought it would be nice to star in it with its original cast members. And I was right as we worked in harmony and had a great time together.ŌĆØ The actor talked about how things will change in the second installment. He said, ŌĆ£At first, I thought it was a simple job of reprising my role from the first movie. However, I realized that many things, including the stunts and the plot, have been upgraded.ŌĆØ He added, ŌĆ£While I was reading the script, I thought Chul Ryung would be much more comfortable around Jin TaeŌĆÖs family and with his life in South Korea as it is his second visit to the country. So, I wanted him to be a little more optimistic and open-minded than he was in the first movie.ŌĆØ Regarding the stunts, the actor shared, ŌĆ£Since many loved the stunt works from the first movie, we gave a lot of thought to making impactful action scenes for the upcoming film. Confidential Assignment 2: International will be filled with breathtaking action scenes that will surprise you.
