On March 8th, EsomŌĆÖs agency Artist Company announced, ŌĆ£Esom will not be starring in the second season of Taxi Driver.ŌĆØ The rep added, ŌĆ£After having a thorough conversation with the production, the actress decided to drop out of the new season due to a conflict in her schedule.ŌĆØ Esom played a female prosecutor named Kang Ha Na, a new character added to the TV adaption from its original webtoon titled The Deluxe Taxi. SBS has confirmed the production of a sequel for Taxi Driver, which scored a peak viewership rating of 16 percent during its run. Taxi Driver is an action crime series about a cab driver named Kim Do Ki (Lee Jae Hun) who works at a mysterious company called Rainbow Taxi that runs a ŌĆ£secret on-call revenge service.ŌĆØ Ā The team takes on the clientŌĆÖs requests to deliver justice on behalf of those who wrongfully suffered.
